Emotional Affair Infidelity

emotional affair infidelity
Are “emotional affairs” a feminine term invented by feminists?

Is there any man here who left they’re wife/SO and sued for alimony because they knew she was having an “emotional affair”? Isn’t this another phrase that came to be because of feminism? How can there be infidelity, when there was nothing more than a thought? Won’t men be unfairly guilty of this thought crime because we supposedly THINK about sex more than women? How is this fair or ethical (to tell people what they’re thinking and feeling)?
Emotional Affair meaning–

An emotional affair is defined as any infidelity that occurs through feeling or thought. With the technological development of cell phones and the internet, the definition of cheating has been expanded to include the traditional definition, plus the feelings and/or thoughts that comprise Emotional Infidelity. Cheating now includes having intimate correspondence with someone while on a cell phone, meeting someone over the Internet and maintaining a close, personal relationship with someone other than your spouse

Yeah it’s women thinking that you should only have one close friend of the opposite sex.

Some of my best childhood friends are girls and there’s no way in hell I will ever give them up because a girlfriend is jealous of them. If she doesn’t trust me that’s her problem. My conscience is clear.

I think the women who use this term also tend to be the ones who are generally unhappy at not always being the center of their partner’s attention. The kind who will phone him every 5 minutes when he’s out with his friends or say he’s “not allowed” to go to the pub for half an hour with his colleagues.

In other words, majorly possessive.
