she needs to ride the storm on this one,he has broken his marriage vows how much more does she need to realise he is a cheater and this will hang over them for ever,its early days yet but she should try to take baby steps to move on

For whatever reason, they’re not getting what they want, sexually, at home. This is whats causing them to cheat, and they know there is a pretty good chance that their wife/partner will never find out. So no, its not emotional abuse if she is oblivious to it.
