Infidelity Child Custody
What are the Wisconsin laws for child custody when it comes to infidelity?
So I know this lady whose husband committed infidelity and they are now having a custody battle over their 13 year old son. Is there any wisconsin law that can help this lady in this situation get custody of her son?
No. The judge will determine what is in the best interest of the child. Infidelity probably does not matter.
