Infidelity Over Age 50

What is California’s divorce policy on infidelity?
What is California’s divorce policy on infidelity when both children are of legal age and the marriage has been over 10 years? Is it 50-50 or is the loyal partner entitled to more? Looking for some insight… don’t just say “go see a lawyer” It will probably go to lawyers (hopefully not too much)… or mediation court.
California is a no fault state so infidelity will not be a deciding factor in your divorce. point blank and simple. But there are to many deciding factors (like did your spouse work… how long … income ratio …etc) All assets will be split 50/50 but they may grant spousal support, interest in retirement etc…

sometimes. each case is different. if the spouse is truely sorry and willing to change but most importantly it is up to you. if you think you can truely forgive your spouse. if this is something that you will let hang over your head for the rest of your life, or bring it up again to make them feel bad than you should get the divorce.

If he cheats, he goes against the vow he made, therefore, my vows are null and void and I am gone!
