How can you catch your spouse if they are cheating?

I’m wondering if anyone has any fool-proof methods and what has worked for them. The gut feeling is one thing but proving it can be quite another. Most of us need to KNOW, not just suspect, before we can claim infidelity. Private investigator is too expensive, any other suggestions/comments would be appreciated!

Well, if you can’t trust him…. I wouldn’t waste my time trying to figure it out. I’d leave. What do you have if you can’t trust each other. But if you must know…

I’d hate to say it. But follow the guy. But first. FIRST. Try asking him. If he can’t look you in the eyes and say it, then follow him. Just be ready for anything. And I mean ANYTHING. Remember, if you follow him, and he’s been faithful, there are going to be some serious complications (much worse than you trust issues). Especially if he catches you spying on him. I’m sure you know what you’re going to do if you catch him. But be ready. I don’t like the idea. I hate to say it. I’ve been where you are, and it’s gotta be eating you up thinking about it. But, be ready to lose him if you’re wrong.
