Man attempts an agreed divorce. Woman wants to punish him for his infidelity. So instead of agreeing to 50/50, she goes and gets her own lawyer, serves husband. She doesn’t tell him what she’s doing. She says “Wait and see”. He now has to come up with more money to pay lawyer for “battle”.
