Can you see where a departure from God’s original Sabbath led to Atheism, Agnosticism and Infidelity?
This departure from God’s Sabbath day cause mankind to turn away from God. The breach in God’s Law must be repaired.
The historical biblical Sabbath is a memorial of God’s
Creation.
Therefore when mis-guided men departed from the worship of God and the Law of God(including the Sabbath) and transition to Sun-Worship this led the human race into Atheism and Agnosticism(One who believes that God doesn’t exist).
The original Sabbath pointed men to the worship of the CREATOR. Something happen when the Sabbath was no longer held in high esteem. The emergence of Agnosticism in our culture.
Could it be that God is leading us back to his Sabbath? Leading us back to faith in God as the Creator of heaven and earth. Leading us back to his restoration and redemption?

I do agree with you to some degree. I am a Seventh Day Adventist, so I keep the Sabbath. And while I do think that God is trying to lead His people back to His true Sabbath and that the Sabbath will be a testing point in the last days, I think that even if we hadn’t of turned away from the Sabbath, there would still be atheism and such. Even before people started keeping Sunday, there were people who chose not to believe in God and rejected Him. So I don’t think that the reason we have atheism is because most Christians have rejected the Sabbath. But God does want his people to return to the true Sabbath, Saturday, and He is trying to lead us back to the Sabbath. Those of us who know the truth of the Sabbath have a responsibility to share it with the world.
