Would you be mad if…?
your spouse hired a private detective to see if you were cheating when your not cheating or have ever cheated. My wife did that to me recently. They put little cameras all over my house and the guy followed me everywhere I went without me knowing. They got about 80 hours of footage of me playing video games and me picking up some bleach and a snickers from the store. It cost her 1000 bucks to do this. A 1000 bucks that came out of our joint savings account. I’m really pissed off about this. It makes me curious if shes cheating on me and only did this to find an excuse to leave without having to feel guilty about her cheating.
You have ever right to be upset because there are obvious trust issues however $1000 is an economical cost for piece of mind. Why did she feel that she needed to do this? There must have been some reason. This is a symptom, not the real problem. Unlikely she is cheating but there is much that you/we don’t know. Good luck.
