I want to file for divorce in CT based on my husband’s infidelity. Do I have to prove it in court?
This isn’t about money. I just want the papers to show what he did. I want the truth out. He has a child with the other woman, but he now denies it is his. Can the court force him to have a DNA test if that is what I need to prove it?
Well the court will order him to submit a DNA test is if the other woman wants him to pay child support and he doesn’t want to. If he says the child isn’t his then they’ll expect him to prove it.
