Help With Infidelity

How do I break this cycle Of Infidelity?
I would very much like to get some successful counselling for my infidelities. I am very weak when it comes to men and I really don’t know why. I have been unfaithful in my marriage and have been with quite a number of men for a little over 4 years now and even slept with my daughter’s boyfriend, talk about trashy. This incident is what prompted me to seek help. He has very subtley alluded to the fact that we have slept together when around my husband or daughter. They haven’t picked up on it because they have no clue that I have slept with him but I know exactly what he is talking about when he says certain things. I am afraid that he will try to blackmail me into sleeping with him again. I have a certain birthmark that all he would have to do is mention it that would prove it. I have confided in a friend about my lifestyle and she has advised me to get help. Is there any type of couselling that I could get that would be extremely anonymous where my family wouldn’t find out?
FIND SEXAHOLICS ANONYMOUS RIGHT AWAY. It is a 12 step program that works like AA. There are also counselors who work with sex addicts. That is what you are. You will not be able to keep it a secret….if you want to stop. Secrets kill relationships eventually anyway.
