Prove Infidelity…. and What if he does not have a job?
We all know what infidelity is and how one needs to prove it – pictures, video(s) etc etc HOWEVER; for the “COURTS” would pictures of the two individuals kissing and holding hands be enough or does it have to be more of an intimate thing. Also, do the pic’s need to have a date and time?
Hubby and I are legally married but we’ve been seperated for a year and a half now. He states he has not been working for a year now.
Next week we have our court hearing for childsupport – if he’s not working WHAT’S would be the OUTCOME. I live in FLORIDA and I hear people say the court can give him upto 90 days to get a job, pay me the minimum or throw him in jail.
BTW my childen live with me!!!
We made our children together and if you have money to party and take your girlfriend out then you should have money for your kids.
A no-fault state only means that you CAN get divorced on no-fault grounds, but you can also bring a person up on fault charges for issues like alimony and child support.
In most states, adultery is proven with disposition (hugging, kissing, etc…) and opportunity (alone in a hotel room, out of sight of a camera, anywhere where they can’t be seen for a long period of time).
BUT in many states, adultery is pretty much not even considered unless you are living in the same home and a divorce/legal separation has not been filed. You may want to check that before you waste money on a PI.
