Infidelity in Young Marriage: What do I say?

A friend of mine married at 18 to a guy 6 years older then her (but immature, the guy can’t decide on a career, can’t get his finances straight without help, or anything). After 3 years of marriage, he cheated on her and decided he wanted to be with the affair. Well, after a few months, the affair dumped him and now he’s begging his wife back. She moved states to be with her family, who are helping her get stable while she goes to college. Her husband is in the National Guard and is deploying to Iraq, soon, but he wants to try to pick up the pieces in a year when he gets back. He even said he’d move to where she is. What advice should I give her? Do you think he’s genuinely sorry or is he just trying to use her? Do you think he’ll cheat again?
