In the 1960′s you had Motown and stax and even other 60′s artists and I think for black music the 1960′s was THE best decade yes better than the 1970′s. because of the civil rights movement and everything.We have had 9/11 hurricane katrina so why haven’t I heard a song about these disasters or even a rap song about it.I am sick of hearing about cheating and love songs that talk about getting back together and infidelity I mean what went wrong?
Because this generation doesn’t know true music, and because sex sells.
